Ivor's been part of the Family since 1977. He lives in the country with his wife, 3 Black Labradors, 3 Jack Russells and 14 rescue hens. He loves working with both clients and pets, and looks forward to continuing to do so.
Born and bred in Glasgow, Oliver joined us in 2010. He has two rescued French Bull Dogs, and a cat. He loves working in the Pets'n'Vets Family as it's the most clinically progressive, client friendly and fun place to work.
Ross grew up in Shawlands and as a boy worked in the Pollokshaws Rd practice. He joined us as a Vet in 2002 and has since developed his interest in surgery. He's keen that as a network we continue to deliver the best possible care to our patients!
Karen has a Border Terrier Ginny and Pixie the cat. She's worked with us for 22 years so has seen Scotstoun grow from an old school to new school practice and especially loves seeing clients she's know for years.
Head RVN - The Roundhouse
Karen has 25 years of nursing experience and has a rescue cat Evie. She hopes to be a proud dog owner soon and loves her brilliant team who strive to ensure clients and patients always receive the highest quality of care.
Head RVN - Branches
Jane started life with us as a Pixie in the 1980's. She rescues ex-battery hens and has 3 rescue Guinea Pigs at home as well. Jane loves working in first opinion as you don't know what's going to come through the doors.
Caroline's been part of the Hairmyres team for 6 years and as Leia the moggy and Stomp the rescue bunny. Proud to be a part of the Pets'n'Vets team she loves interacting with her clients and their pets.
Carol Ann has been with us since 2016 and has Ragdoll Zelda. Carol Ann was actually a client of ours and had always wanted to work with animals before joining us.
Administrative Support Manager
Karen's been with us since November 2016 and loves looking after all of the Pets'n'Vets staff.
Practice Manager - RVN
Carrie joined us in 2014 and has a Border Collie Louis and a Degu Dexter. Carrie loves working as part of the Scotstoun team, as well as seeing her friendly clients and their pets - both cats, dogs and the more exotic critters.
Glasgow born Shona spent 5 years studying in Edinburgh before returning home. She has 2 rescue guinea pig brothers - Marley and Oreo - and enjoys the variation of her job, especially the mixture of medicine and surgery cases.
London born Kirsty has Izzy a Border Terrier, and 2 cats - Tizer and Crash. Kirsty works between our Queens Park and Queen Margaret Drive Branches and has a special interest is Acupuncture and Pain Management.
Emma joined us as a graduate, and has Mia the Persian Chinchilla. She loves working for the Pets'n'Vets Family due to its progressive outlook as well as all of the "cool tools" she is learning about from the procedures and tests we carry out in-house.
Ayrshire born Roseann joined us in 2016. She has a Collie X Terrier Finn, and as well as working with a great team at The Roundhouse she spends part of her week proving veterinary care for Glasgow Dogs Trust which she loves.
Ruth has a Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Medicine and has been part of the Pets'n'Vets Family for 2 years. She enjoys meeting clients and pets, and has a 4 year old Cocker Spaniel Poppy who loves long walks.
Born in California Val has a 2 year old Cocker Spaniel Poodle Cross Izzy. Val enjoys being a part of the hospital team and having access to equipment, medications and staff that allows us to perform many life saving procedures.
Half German, half Malaysian Tatyana graduated from Glasgow University. She has 3 dogs and loves how rewarding it is to help treat a sick pet in the happy Pets'n'Vets environment.
Glasgow born Lee joined us after studying in Edinburgh. She has 3 Irish Setters, a Maltese and a cat at home, and is interested in exotics and surgery.
Emma joined us over 6 years ago, and shadowed by her Labrador Finn, works between our Blantyre practice and The Roundhouse Hospital, and loves the close knit team she works with.
Katherine has 6 year old Golden Retriever Tilly who loves people and eating treats! She loves the variation in her role as well as interacting with animals and getting know them and their owners.

Josie is half Chinese, half Scottish and is originally from Aberdeen. She graduated from the University of Glasgow and loved the city so much she stayed! Josie is keenly interested in surgery and internal medicine.
Emily is from a little town called Guisborough in North Yorkshire and went to university in Nottingham. She loves lurchers and has one back at home called Alfie.
Ella, originally from Sheffield, graduated from the University of Edinburgh. She has a gorgeous Goldendoodle and a cat at home and is interested in surgery and emergency & critical care.

Amanda has been with us for more than 15 years and along with her Labrador Findlay, loves the unique bond the Crookfur Team have with clients, especially seeing the pets grow up.
Vet Rep & ANA
Kayleigh is studying for her VCA and hopes to go into nursing. She's got a beautiful Airdale Cross Thor & rescue terrier Benji, and cats Pebbles and Lucky. She enjoys looking after all the pets, and loves seeing them get better.
Ireland born Fern has Guinea Pig Nutmeg, and birds Archie, Rivi, Lulu, Momo and Pippin. She loves working with the Scotstoun team who she says are the best people, as well as getting to help animals every day.
Stirling born Ami has Labrador Honey and enjoys working at McDonald Vets as she can learn more through CPD. She also has lots of responsibilities like driving the Pet Ambulances and caring for inpatients before and after surgery.
Vet Tech Manager
Debbie has been part of the family for 6 years and has Milo the Boxer. She loves working for a progressive network of practices, interacting with her dedicated colleagues and the fabulous quality of pet care that we provide.
Vet Tech / Creative
Laura has 2 cats, 8 spiders and Blue-tongued Skink. She loves the variety working for here provides, and is particularly interested in the technical instruments she works with at The Roundhouse.
Jennifer's been with us since 2018 and has Oby the moggy. She is both a qualified equine teacher and a qualified ANA, who loves both meeting our clients and caring for their pets.

Jennifer has been with Pets'n'Vets since starting with us as a student in 2015. She has a wee Cavalier called Zack and says that working with us fulfills her life's dream of being a Vet Nurse.
Amy's joined the Roundhouse Team in 2018. Originally from Staffordshire she has rabbits Truffle and Fudge, and Cocker spaniel Nova. With a special interest in rabbit medicine she enjoy's the variety in her nursing role.
I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2012, and have obtained an additional qualification in exotics nursing. I enjoy all aspects of nursing, but particularly enjoy dealing with inpatients, which is mostly what my job entails at the Roundhouse.
Amy has been with us since 2015, and has a 9 month old Border Terrier Luatha. She loves working at our Queens Park practice, especially seeing the puppies and kittens, and getting to know the clients.
Eilidh adopted Balfour the Border Collie from the Dogs Trust after he was in the Hospital. The best thing about working for Pets'n'Vets is the team. She likes the variety of cases and animals she sees which makes her role all the more interesting.
Cheree joined the team in 2018 and has Molly the cat. As our Consulting Nurse, Cheree enjoys working closely with The Pets'n'Vets Family clients to help guide them with the best possible care for their pets.
I joined the roundhouse team in August and absolutely love being a nurse! I have a keen interest in exotics and emergency care. I have a patterdale called halo who i adopted in july, walking her is my favourite way to unwind.
Beth graduated as a veterinary nurse in 2019. She is originally from the Isle of Arran, but grew up in New Zealand. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing but has a keen interest in physiotherapy.
After travelling and working abroad during my 20s I've returned to do what I always wanted to do, work with animals. I've spent the last 2 years studying Vet Nursing at Barony while completing my practical training working at the Roundhouse.
Craig has 2 dogs - Spud (spaniel) and Milly (lab/spaniel cross), a cat (Polly) and a tortoise (Fred). He enjoys working with a big team and seeing a variety of interesting cases.
Laura is a newly qualified RVN who has a love for guinea pigs and getting to know her clients and patients!
Deputy Head Nurse - Branches
Lynne has 26 years experience as an RVN. She has a Bernese mountain dog furbaby and have a soft touch for a rescue cat having 4 at home. She enjoys clinical coaching and working in theatre!
Lynn's been with us since 2015 and has 2 moggy brothers Dennis and Sulley. She loves that at Queen Margaret Drive she can really get to know both the clients and pets, and enjoys seeing the puppies and kittens grow into adults.
Glasgow born Claire has been part of the Pets'n'Vets team since 2017. She loves the team and seeing all of the different types of pets that come in, as well as greeting our clients with their animals.
Dot's been with us for 12 years, and has 3 dogs and Mickey the cat. She truly loves working in an animal environment, especially the not knowing what to expect when she walks through the doors - from the poorly animals to the new puppies.
Lynn has been with us for 19 years and has Franklin the Frenchie. Lynn is a local lady who loves both the Blantyre people, and getting to know their pets.
Janet's been with us since 2017. She loves being part of the team and meeting all the pets that come to visit us. Being local, she's also got to know many of our pets outside of work whilst walking her 8 year old Beagle, Chester.
Gladys rescued small animals in the Middle East for 20 years and has 4 rescue dogs, 2 rescue cats, 22 rescue hens and a horse at home. She loves the ethos of Pets'n'Vets as the focus is on clients and not profit.
Fiona loves how much she's learning working for the Pets'n'Vets Family, as well as seeing the different pets that come through the doors. Her passion outside of work is baking (which her colleagues love!)
Roundhouse Referrals Liaison
Louise is a published poet and has 2 Huskies Odin and Neko, and Springer Spaniel Tilly. She loves the dynamics of the Pets'n'Vets Family, especially following clients journey's from start to finish.
Sophie has 2 miniature dachshunds, Ozzy and Molly. She says working as part of the Pets'n'Vets Family is one of the most rewarding jobs, and she loves meeting all of the different types of pets we treat.
Emma is from Glasgow joined the Hairmyres team in 2018. She loves coming into work each day and seeing all of the different pets we see and treat. She's hoping to get a Ragdoll cat this year.
Before joining us Elise was cabin crew and so has a love of both customer service and visiting new places. She has a 2 year old Poochon Maisy and enjoys the variety of pets that we treat.
Helen is a keen cyclist and hill-walker, and has 4 rescue cats. Her particular interests lie in canine, feline and emergency medicine.
Ceri has a cat called Maddie who was a stray at her last practice. She has a certificate in feline nursing and is currently working towards her Advanced Diploma. She enjoys medicine and inpatient care, as well as working with geriatric patients.
Glasgow born Emma lived in Portugal for 3 years whilst growing up and has a 4 year old cat Tyrion at home. She enjoy all aspects of being a vet as every day is different!
Alison speaks fluent Gaelic and has a Border Terrier, Ollie. She loves working here as she gets to do a variety of things as part of her role, as well as getting to meet great pets.
Rhona has been with us since 2018 and has Tweed the Border Collie. She loves working for the Pets'n'Vets Family because she is gaining a lot of experience ahead of starting her Veterinary Nursing Course.
Hannah joined us as a SVN in October 2016 and has dog's Roo and Buddy. She loves working as part of the Scotstoun team as well as the hospital environment for the variation between theatre, ward and consulting.
Aberdeen born Judy joined us in August 2016 and has 2 rescue Terriers Elfie and Midge. She loves working with so many caring pet owners and each day is inspired by her clients commitment to their pet's happiness and well-being.
